What is an Apprenticeship Readiness Program?

Also known as a MC3 program, it was created to provide high quality, apprentice-level content to young people and adults interested in construction, to prepare them for life-long learning and careers in the industry.

Upon completion of the Midsouth Construction Careers MC3 program, participants will receive OSHA 10 and CPR certifications, and a guranteed interview with one of our 18 building trade partners. Participants who complete this 3-week program are ready to take on apprenticeship and work safely in all types of environments. We are a SNAP/ENT partner.
